$30 - $20 -$10 = $0 plus $2 to ship. 3-pin fan with rpm sensor. Quiet 92mm heat pipe cooler at lowest speed. Can't go wrong with FREE AR.

The Cooler Master heat pipe is FREE AR. Performance wise, it runs 3C hotter than a stock Big Typhoon under load (E4300 @ 3.49GHz...Orthos Large mode). The push pin clip is a royal pain to set, but you can always buy a backplate/screw for a few bucks. Attachment to 939 platform board is lightning fast using the supplied clip (you'll need to remove the pre-installed Intel bracket). The pre-applied paste works well.

Cooler is whisper-quiet at low load. Full load noise is noticeable, but definitely not loud. The fan shroud keeps PWM circuits on the MB cool. You can temporarily remove the shroud by raising the two tabs on the side of the heat sink fins and rotating the shroud back and out of the heat sink. This will facilitate 775 socket installation.

I would rate this CPU a 7 (performance)...on par with the Freezer Pro. Unlike the FP, the CM clears the NB heat sink of my Abit IP35-E. There is no need to spend more money on a CPU cooler unless you're an extreme overclocker. It's a 10 (value) if you could get it for $12!

I had to pay tax. $2.51 x 3. Sick! Be sure to remove the shroud for full access to the four push pins. 939 installation should be a breeze.

Thanks OP,

$2.97 shipped for 3 AR was too good to pass up. Been waiting for this deal to come back around as you can never have too many of these to use for stock builds or as giveaways for family and friends, etc.

Time to throw away the plethora of Skt 462 coolers I bought like this but can't use anymore and replace with these.

Hmmm. I ordered this same cooler from SVC a couple days ago and the rebate from says only one item per offer. It has a different Promotion Code than the rebate form from Newegg so do you think I can send both rebates in and have them honor them?

Arggh, another rebate. How I hate 'em. Just sent 4 out. Anyone find a review on this? I googled it and found none, except the reviews (comments really) at Newegg.

Should work if different offer number. I called the toll-free number.

1. Fill out one rebate form and make note of three CPU coolers.

2. Print the NewEgg e-mail invoice and circle the three CPU coolers.

3. Submit the three proof-of-purchase logos.

It's about as good as the Freezer Pro. You'll need to pop the plastic shroud to access the four push pins (Intel boards). AMD 754/939 is a snap to install.

So if I understand you right, I can get a total of 4 heatsinks with rebates? One through SVC and three from Newegg? Sorry for the trouble, I just want to make sure before I buy.

yes, you can get as many as you want, as long as you don't exceed the max number allowed on each rebate (there's no limit on how many different rebates one can get). As OP stated, the fan comes with a 3-pin connector; so although the cooler is compatible wit socket 775, you won't be able to use the MB's fan speed regulation, which has a 4-pin header.

I'm getting 2 of these! Thanks, OP.

Should I fill in two separate forms or can I send the rebate in with one mailing?

Ok, I'm in for one. For $0.99 WTF, and it's predecessor, the Hyper TX, got good reviews. Never liked the push pin installation for LGA 775 though; and at 482g, specs, this heatsink/fan exceeds Intel's maximum weight spec of 450g for a cooler for socket 775.

If you use your computer for LAN parties you may want to consider replacing the push pins with the Thermalright LGA775 Bolt-Thru-Kit, $6.99 + shipping at SVC.

Why did you get 3? The $20 rebate says "Limit 1" on there; is there a way around this?

NewEgg's rebate limits 3. That was the 99 cents deal. ClubIT is FREE/limit 1. Get the neighbor to buy one for you.

Thanks Serp for pointing out the Pricegrabber rebate.
I hate those plastic push pins, so I got me a Thermalright Bolt-Thru-Kit from Sidewinder Computers for $3.95 Link. Cheap, fast shipping. Also picked up a tube of Arctic Cooling MX-2 TIM to try. Link. AC claims (we'll see) it's better than AS5.
Downside to the bolt-thru-kit is you have to take your MB out to install it and take the fan and plastic shroud off the cooler.
