Cooler Master M600 with GTX 770/ 280X?

I've had this psu for 2 years now, powering a 6950. I'm going to upgrade to either a 770 or a 280x and am just wondering if that psu will be okay?
 
Yes, it'll be fine. A 770 consumes only a bit more than a 7950, and a 280X consumes about 50W on top of that. If such an small upgrade made your PSU insufficient, it would already be borderline insufficient for the current rig, which it isn't (assuming there's nothing out of the ordinary with the rest of your components).
