It looks like it has good reviews on the egg. I'm gonna give it a try on my 6400+!!!!
 
got in on this about 2 weeks ago, and have to say it's the hardest cooler i've ever have to install, and like the rest of reviews on newegg, i'm not sure it it's going to stay on
 
Installed easy enough out of the case, but a stinker to get at once the pc was assembled. Takes lots of pressure on the pushpins, and they are hard to get at. Fan shroud sends some air over the vcore circuitry, which I like, but also makes it harder to get at the pins.

Gives reasonable cooling and it is reasonably quiet. Warm air blows right back to the exhaust fan and out of the case. I will be happy with mine after the rebate shows up.
