I am looking to get the following case:

COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-WBC

I want to use my old optical drives which are all beige. I can't tell from the pictures and description whether my drives will be covered or open once installed. I don't want to have to get all new black drives to match this black case.

Any help would be appreciated

Vinyl dye is the way to go. It chemically bonds to the plastic, doesn't chip or peel, and the application is almost goof-proof. It dries in about 15 minutes, and takes 2 to 3 light coats on biege drives for complete coverage. I used the Plasticote brand but have only been able to find the Dupli-color brand now. You can find it in most auto parts stores like Advance Auto, Autozone, or Pep Boys.

The drives will be open on this case (I have it and this is actually one of the things I like best about it; I hate the doors that are on many other cases), but as others said it is possible to just paint the bezel.

You have to go black, wont look right otherwise... Ive got that case, its pretty good 🙂
