Cooler Master Case

Anyone ever had a problem with their Cooler Master case?

I just bought one off of Newegg a few days ago and I'm having some issues with the rear fan on the case. It's rattling like crazy and sounds like it's dying.

I'd RMA the case to Newegg, but all so that I can replace one fan? The shipping back to Newegg would cost me at least $30.

I thought about replacing it with another (better?) case fan...but it'd be nice to have an original Cooler Master case fan just as backup...

Their website isn't clearly laid out; I had trouble finding the technical support eMail address.

Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions appreciated.

Thanks.

Would you actually go through the trouble of RMAing the case just for a fan? I sure wouldn't..
I'd try to send an email or place a call to either Newegg, or Coolermaster, my guess is you get a new fan for nothing out of the deal, and you get to keep your system assembled and working. but I could be wrong.
