very good start.

a few things tho.

1. you really need to seal those barbs. They will leak. If you didnt use plumbers tape, then i suggest you get some. But sometime plumbers tape wont hold out.

So i really really really recomend you getting some silicon and sealing up those barbs. If you dont want to seal them, then get some metal barbs. I recomend the D-tek G1/4 barbs which can be bought at shoppts.com

If you get the EK barbs, you'll need to double up on the rubber sealers. Swiftech seems to have depth the barb area, so it wont do a perfect seal unless you double up on the rubber seals.

2. what do you intend on cooling? the MCR220 is only about good for a cpu and northbridge loop. It may take a small video card, but you'd be really pushing it if you dropped in a high end card.

Also why didnt you just mount the rad off the rear? you could of gotten a MCR220-Res combo and saved yourself mounting a res by doing that if you did it off the rear.

FYI those are 3/8" NPT no leaky. It an older MCR 220. I ordered 2 of the DD 1/4" and they didn't fit. I got the rad for 25 from somebody on Hard OCP.

At this time just the CPU. I also havea Sapphire 3870 that does 870/1300 AS long as the fans run at 55% Which is just this side of audible.

Also I dont like the Rad above the Box or hanging off the back. I wanted it all inside this time.

This is an Older build-
Personally I have been running the CPU and a 7800GT off a Ford F-150 and a 200mm Comair Rotron. I dont see why this will not work.
Old setup.
Need to find the page I did that shows the Rad/Fan box.
Ah-
Even older pics
Building the box

I will be using an A/C pump call a Via Aqua. I have used this pump for almost 3 years now.
It cost me a whole 18 dollars. And now another 17 for a relay. Just because. :)
No I don't want to spend 60-90 on a DC pump that does not have the power this does.

Will be installing the relay for the next part of the project. Pics to come.
