This is the combo I have ordered. Thought I had decided on the Thermalright SK6, but not sure about how good the clips for the fan work. Which cooler/fan combo would be best that will fit this motherboard? Don't mind if it is $20 more than the SK6.
Thanks,
Andrew

I have the Iwill KK266 and run my Tbird at 1500MHZ. I use a Globalwin FOP38 with the hideously loud 7000RPM Delta fan. My cpu temps never go over 43DegC, but the noise after three months is getting annoying.

The SK6 wasn't available when I built this machine, I wish it had been. The Sk-6 can achieve almost the same level of cooling with a less obtrusive fan.

You wanna talk loud? I carpeted the inside of my case, the case exhales though a chimney, while the rear area is packed with old comforters to quelch the sound. With all of that, I can still hear the darn thing in the next room, if all else is quiet. I didn't think it would bother me at all, but it does. So you may want to opt for another fan.

So, my 2c says go for the Sk-6 with any other fan than the Delta.

OCnMan - I AM going to order the SK6 from www.inflowdirect.com, but should I get the lower flow 30CFM Delta, the Sunon or the low-flow Sanyo? I was going for the Sanyo Friday, but the guy that answered the phone at inflowdirect said for a 1.33 overclock get one of the Delta's. Which fan would you go with out of that group?
Thanks,

I'm also running a IWill KK266-R. 1ghz@1400 - 140X10. I'm using a Taisol with copper base - stock Delta fan. Runs idle at about 46c. Thinking about going to the YS Tech fan to lower cooling.

I would go with the Delta 38cfm... Noise smoise is what I say and unless your Grandma sleeps next to your computer it's not that bad.

I'm running the sk6 on my kk266 1.33@a523, room temp is around 78 and with 100% load running 24/7 it is holding temp at 44C. That is with the delta 38, I have an antec sx830 with 5 high capacity fans so they put out some noise, but I really have not found the delta to be all that bad if it is enclosed in a high quality case.

I have an SK6 with YSTech 27CFM fan on that board. Running a 1.4 @ 1.6, 1.89V, temps go as high as 51C under load. If I run at 1.4Ghz default voltage it only reaches about 42C.
