Can someone recommend a really good cooler for this setup?

i5 11400
MSI Z590-A Pro

2 x 8 GB DDR 4 RAM, Corsair Vengeance, CMK16GX4M2D3000C16

Corsair Carbide Series 200R CC-9011023-WW (case)

PSU: 650W, 80 Plus Gold, Semi Modular, TX650M CP-9020132

SSD WD Blue SN550, 1TB, M.2, PCIe, NVMe

Blu-ray drive, GGW-H20L

I was thinking of getting the Noctua NH-L9x65. Not sure if this would be a good choice.

Hyper 212 or similar.

I have a Deepcool Gammaxx 400 V2. It's cheaper than the Hyper 212 and just as good or better. I paid about $25 CDN for it. Still sitting in box as build on hold due to silly GPU prices.

I agree, DeepCool Gammaxxv 400 V2 (I had the blue LED fan model) is a good deal, and seems to mostly work as well as a Hyper 212.

One thing to note, though, is the deepcool, IIRC, uses push-pins for Intel mounting, whereas the 212 uses it's own back-plate.

That's probably one reason that it's cheaper.

Are you sure you had a 400 V2? There are older models with push pins, but I have a 400 V2, and it has metal mounting HW with screws and springs and a backplate.

I researched before buying to get the one with real mounting HW, because I despise push pins. Here is the bag of HW sitting on the box:
