Coolbits- setting help

Installed coolbits on my system and 3DMark went from 4919 to 5096 with the settings coolbits detected- 125/286. How high should I be able to set clock frequency on this thing. I'm surprised the memory was set that high out of the box- figured it would be around 170's from what I've seen here. Thanks for the feedback.
 
start by bumping the memory up 5 mhz at a time,when you start to see dots or flashing back it down 5.do the same for the core speed.
