coolbits resets the overclocked values after suspended mode

I am using the det.12.60 drivers for my asus 7700 gts card.I enabled coolbits and set up the overclocking values to 240\355. BUT when my computer goes into standby mode when it comes out the values are all reset and changed.I have tried nvmax and it seems to do the same. The only program that keeps it's values is the utility that came with the card. Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it?? Any help would be appreciated. thanks alot
