Coolbits really cool?

Got a Gainward cardexpert GTS2 PRO/400 and with it came an utility called Experttool letting me clock the card. At installation I was opted to go Default or Enhanced, so I enhanced the card. BLACK screen. (Using Nvidias latest Detonator drivers)

Card default: 200/400
Card Enhance: 220/450

I went into Failsafe in win98se and uninstalled Experttool, going with COOLBITS instead. Now I clock up to 220/460 no problems. Only that Unreal Tournament doesn't seem to go faster, slower even!!!.

Is coolbits working with my card?
