There really arent mounts on the bottom. I was thinking I could just lay the fans in there pointing up?
 
There are holes as in vent? You'd want to duct one with fan blowing out for the macpro. Just laying them down will cause vibrations which cause noise.
 
there aren't mounting holes but I'm sure i could drill them into the case at that spot.

And yes I will probably end up crafting a fan on one of the ducts to pull the hot air away from the macpro.
