The Autopatcher group basically takes all the major MS security updates, cool programs, nice XP wallpaper, plus other little system tweaks, and combines them into a single installation program (about 200MB).

You can choose each item to install as you wish. Autopatcher XP is great...it's the next thing to get installed for me after SP2.
