There's not really anywhere to go.

As long as you're not in a super-flood prone area or in an unstable structure, your chances are pretty good. I'm going to wait until tomorrow morning to see whether I'm going to evacuate. Evacuation would have been almost impossible today.

I don't think that people appreciate the difficulty in getting 5 or 6 million people to just up and leave their homes. The roads weren't designed for that.

 
Were barely picking up the outer fringes/outflow of the storm here in the Tampa Bay area and were getting some decent wind gusts tonight.... Good luck to those in the path...
 
Headed to the store tonight to pick up some supplies for our Hurricane party. I've got a 5 day weekend from classes b/c Auburn cancelled class for the rest of the week.

Well, I wouldn't mind seeing the edge of it...but I don't know about the middle of it. I might just swing further north. If I don't post here in a couple weeks, you'll all know what happened 😉
