customer bought a new coler laser printer and didnt want the old one fixed, all that was wrong was there was an envelope stuck in it, i dont know how it got there lol..it would just stick on "initializing." i took the toner cartridge out, saw the envelope, pulled it out and now it's sitting on my network working perfectly.
