it turns out that no matter what you pick, the number is a multiple of 9. Then, notice that all multiples of 9 have the same (varying each time) symbol

Really cool, right?
 
The results will ALWAYS be one of the following. 09,18,27,36,45,54,63,72,81. Even though the symbols change each time you reload.
