I am seeing now with overclocking people are using it. When I got my Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P I was told to turn off C1E and C&Q.

Is this still the case?

I am running XP Pro 32 bit and the F7 BIOS from Gigabyte.

I am clocked at 200x18@1.5V. (3.6GHz).
