Cool and Quiet problems

I'm new to this board so anyone, please help. Just build a new system and evertime I set the bios in cool and quiet mode, it crashes. Any help is appreciated.

Did you install the cool and quiet drivers in windows?

I downloaded the latest from AMD's website. Still the same problem.
