Cool 5 minute F-Body Movie

even though i dont like american cars.. id have to admit.. that was decent. i liked how the corvett whaled on the camaro 😀
 
I don't care what anyone says about crappy interior, trailer-trash looks, or reliability. That video shows why you buy an F-Body. You can't do that with any other car for that little money. (some would argue that a Mustang could, but the Ford V-8 just can't touch the LS1).

Almost every RWD car can do that!

I can do that in my V8 '95 TBIRD!

and a MUSTANG can do that way easier than a camaro since mustangs are so much lighter!

thats only if your one of the guys in this video who thinks bleach burnouts is a measure of performance.

Let me guess, you also hate SUV's because they're all driven by cell phone holding soccer moms with no kids.
 
Had a 93 Camaro a while back. Absolute f'ing blast to drive. I've only driven one car that I liked better, but no way would I have been able to have as much fun with it. Sure the car was a piece of crap. Rattled like a bitch, constant mechanical problems, typical GM quality. The car drove like an absolute beast, tons of power, great handling, and it was just a stock setup.

I've thought many times about paying a few g's and getting a used one as just something to drive around in, like a mid 90's z28 or ss. Don't want a new one as mine just didn't hold up well, but would love to have one I could just trash and have a screw around car.

Don't be such an a$$hole in your posts, please. I don't know why you take such offense to my opinion. I'm talking new cars. In case you hadn't noticed, there aren't many RWD cars sold in America in this price class anymore. And a MUSTANG may be lighter, but a CAMARO has about 40 more horses.
 
That movie kicked ass!! The F-body club guys did a really good job with the transitions and effects. Makes it professional! I always enjoy this kinda stuff when a bunch of people get together and do cool stuff as a group. Its nice to see cars can bring together people.

The scene with the 4 F-bodies doing the burnouts was cool as well as the scene with the smoke coming out of the hood scoop of that F-body! That looked hype! Never seen it before.

Too bad they couldn't do this kinda stuff at the track though, it seemed stupid to do burnouts on open & public roads in day time.

 
Blah..smoke out of the cowel(sp) induction is nothing. My 351C powered Capri would belch flames up the windshield on a backfire. Wild looking at night.

Bwuahahahah! Irony at it's best! 😀 What would've been cool is to have gotten a shot of a cop peeling out from behind one of the signs as they skid out onto the highway, right in the middle of traffic. Click-click-JAIL!!

Cool video though. Empty parking lot antics are fine. Nobody gonna get hurt but you. Doing it on a public highway is another thing entirely, though.

But really, they should take it to a closed track. These aren't elite drivers here.
 
What is the purpose of the purge valve? My system doesn't have that, though then again, my system is 13 years old........ Crap am I old or what?!?

you should not embarass yourself by posting comments like that, because you obviously dont know what you're talking about. the f-body is just about the best bang for the buck you can get.
