Cookware: Anolon Professional

This really looks like a good deal. This 11-piece set of pans is hard anodized aluminum for conductivity and has the top of the line DuPont Autograph teflon coating. Amazon has the set for $270 .

At Pots and Pans .com it's $199 thru April. If you price the pieces separately even on ebay it's $400-$600 for the set. The nice thing about this cookware that makes it better than Calphalon etc. is the glass lids. You can monitor the food without having to lift the lid.

I ordered a set. The shipping was just $12.
