Cooking/Recipies with Whiskey?

I know you can cook with wine and sometimes ever beer. What dishes can be made using whiskey? Like Jack Daniels or Jim Beam?

My roommates and I made a killer honey/bourbon/garlic marinade for our steaks a couple of months ago. We dont really have a set recipe for it, but if you're interested in trying it, ask, and I'll try to remember the proportions
