Cooking raw salmon in the microwave

Instructions say frying, oven, or microwave.

microwave is only 2 1/2min!
i tried it. it actually overcooked it!

I cook salmon in a cast iron skillet on our grill outside. Perfect every time and doesn't make the house smell like fish.
