cookbook suggestions needed

I'm looking for cookbooks that give quick and easy recipies for desserts, breads, muffins and other baked goods. I'm looking for recipies that don't use many ingredients as these will be used in Antarctica and they don't have a big selection of ingredients, everything is either canned or frozen. Just looking for a few books to send to my sister to give her a few more ideas.

look for omish cookbooks, or cookbooks that duplicate "settler" receipts. I have several of these type and they give basic ingredients, along with lots of substitutions in case you run out of one thing. Some of the books I've found in garage sales, others were found by going to "historic villages" where they had some in their novelty shops. If you're still having trouble locating some, give me a bump and I'll get some from a historic village that's not too far from me. If you enjoy cooking, these are great.

A great cookbook is Loony Spoons. I would have died long ago if it wasn't for this book. A lot of great recipes that are very easy to make.
