whats that book where the top restaurants in New York have given some special recipe towards some book? i'm thinking of buying it for one of my friends for her bday; she's been taking cooking class.

yeah i looked through those, but ir eally want something more solid, easier to give as a gift. solid meaning a book rather than computer- more traditional.
