You've been waiting to use that, haven't you?I dont give him any credit, its not like giving the go to get Bin Laden. Its the only decision Trump could of made.

She did break the law, Comey just said that there was no intent to do it.If thats the case you should be able to easily link to articles on those sites that talk about all of these criminal things she has done.
Only if they are the partisan motivated attacks you people believe they are.All that proves is that Chaffetz is the dumbest member of the GOP. There is zero to be gained by continuing these attacks. More investigations will just reveal what we all already know, that Clinton didn't do anything wrong.
She did break the law, Comey just said that there was no intent to do it.
There's also the fact that he might be under some of the same rocks he would have to flip over to 'get' her.
You mean the partisan attacks that the GOP admitted they were.Only if they are the partisan motivated attacks you people believe they are.
If the statute doesn't require intent then it is.
I must have missed that memo. When did "the GOP" admit this? You mean the partisan attacks that the GOP admitted they were.
If the statute doesn't require intent then it is.
Also, false exculpatory statements is a way to prove intent.
I must have missed that memo. When did "the GOP" admit this?
Rep. Richard Hanna, R-New York, said Wednesday on New York's' WIBX 950, "Sometimes the biggest sin you can commit in D.C. is to tell the truth."
"This may not be politically correct, but I think that there was a big part of this investigation that was designed to go after people and an individual, Hillary Clinton,"
Ok, that isn't "the GOP" that is one guy's opinion who happens to be in the GOP.
I was saying what Comey said, not that I agreed with him. I think any reasonable person would agree that Hillary didn't tell the truth, multiple times, about her email situation. Those false statements were always in the direction of clearing her, not the other way around.Wait, so now there was intent? You're all over the place here and you're saying things you can't possibly come even remotely close to proving.

Here is another one:Ok, that isn't "the GOP" that is one guy's opinion who happens to be in the GOP.
Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), the likely successor to House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio), told Fox News’s Sean Hannity explicitly on Tuesday night that the Clinton investigation was part of a “strategy to fight and win.”
He explained: “Everybody thought Hillary Clinton was unbeatable, right? But we put together a Benghazi special committee, a select committee. What are her numbers today? Her numbers are dropping. Why? Because she’s untrustable. But no one would have known any of that had happened, had we not fought.”
Ok, that isn't "the GOP" that is one guy's opinion who happens to be in the GOP.
She broke the law but Comey said she didn't do it on purpose. I'm not contradicting myself at all, I'm contradicting Comey. You said she broke the law and then claimed the director of the FBI stated a fact that would mean she didn't break the law. You're contradicting yourself all over the place.
No, a sitting congressman doesn't count as "the GOP". I'm not the one is wrong here.Oh so now sitting congressmen don't count as the GOP. Do they have to put it in the party platform or something? How about the House Majority leader withdrawing his bid for the speakership after admitting basically the same thing? Let me guess, you'll deny that one too.
Sometimes you're wrong and you just have to admit it.
Ha, so "the GOP" agreed with the statement so much that he couldn't be elected speaker because of it?"What you're going to see is a conservative speaker that takes a conservative Congress that puts a strategy (in place) to fight and win. And let me give you one example. Everybody thought Hillary Clinton was unbeatable, right? But we put together a Benghazi special committee, a select committee. What are her numbers today? Her numbers are dropping. Why? Because she's un-trustable. But no one would have known any of that had happened had we not fought and made that happen."

this wasn't just "some Republican," this was the House Majority Leader who was on-track to be the next Speaker of the House before that interview.
especially not common senseThere is nothing stopping President-Elect trump from impaneling a Grand Jury after he takes office, giving them the results of the FBI investigation and seeing if they hand down an indictment. My guess is they're playing the political game with the Clintons not to make it worth their while.
Only if they are the partisan motivated attacks you people believe they are.
