Converting non Word documents into Word.

I'm have a .tif file.... looks like it has been scanned. Any programs that can make it a word document?

You can insert it into a word document, but it is an image. Just like a jpg or a gif...

Office 2003 has this feature built in. It's called Microsoft Document Imaging or something like that. Otherwise, look for OCR (Optical Character Recognition) programs.
