Converting jpeg into html

I have a graphic designer who is slow and expensive. If I have jpeg mockups of a webpage, how easy is it to convert them to html?

Is there software that can do all or part of the conversionit? I'm not interested in doing it myself - I outsource everything. If someone here wants to do it, I can pay via paypal immediately.

from a JPEG? not that I know of....😕
 
How intricate is the page? You could use a WYSIWYG HTML editor if it relatively simple. There are free ones floating around as well.
 
Depends on your mockups. It might be super easy to just chop up the image and stick the chunks into a table to rejoin them around some body text.

I'm actually looking to hire someone to do about 20 of these jpeg's for me. If you're interested, please shoot me an email (work address is in my profile) and I'll show you the sample before I put it online.

I'm looking for work to be done quickly and cheaply - ie. if you're a college student or recent grad, that works well 🙂 This is a side project of mine and not affiliated with intel.

Depends on how difficult the layout is, and if the layout is static. I might be willing to take on the project.

Send me a link to a sample image.
 
Dreamweaver has a feature called tracing image or something like that where you put an image behind your layout then you can do the layout with css, it doesn't convert it for you, but with some work it could get you what you want.

QFT. You have to design the think from scratch. Or he could take the picture resize it and slowly build frames around the picture with functionality tied to each frame. Too much hassle.

Just get the guy to work faster, or have a little dang patience.
 
You can also chop up the picture and tie each picture to a function as well. I think it would be useless to do so when it is probably simplier just to design it from scratch. Unless the webpage is too complex. Flashscript and such. Then you are probably being too demanding.
 
There's quite a lot of coding involved with this website. Converting everything into a small images that you can layout isn't going to help much if the website has no functionality

That's pretty easy if you have a host that supports .NET. Easy as in like a couple of hours. -- But I'm not doing it.

The back-end functionality is being done in php. Our programmers are skilled at that.

The front-end (conversion from what the graphic designer mocks up in jpegs to html/css that the back-end team can use) is where I need some help...
