Converting from FAT32 --> NTFS in WinXP

I remember doing this when I was running Win2K. There was a convert function somewhere to change the drive from FAT32 to NTFS. Can't seem to find it now that I'm using WinXP. Would it be somewhere in Control Panel--->Administrative Tools--->Computer Management--->Disk Management? Can't find it, must be blind 🙂.

My Win2k bogged the convert and the partition table was crap thereafter. Never knew what hit it.

Well, reinstalls are always healthy.

From what I have read the permissions on a native (as opposed to converted) NTFS partition are better than those on a converted NTFS partition.
