Converting from code2 to USA/Canada format

I need to convert the files from a code2 (European) dvd to a USA/canada format dvd.

Can anyone help me out and suggest a program that I can use to do this.

What you need is a program to convert the video from PAL to NTSC (region code doesn't matter). Read this forum post at afterdawn.com it has a lot of good suggestions.
