ricing the supercar appliance... what will they think of next?

as much as I dislike ricers, making this the jdm r version of the nsx (if they do everything to make it the jdm r) is an awesome thing to do.

and yet, so far, the changes are mostly cosmetic. big ugly wing, big ugly hood scoop, red honda badge where the acura badge was, etc.

I rarely see you in any car thread not criticizing anything.

You have no facts about a car you've never even touched before.

no? so, 290 hp isn't a fact? 224 ft lbs of torque isn't a fact?

oh, and under your definitions, what facts do you have about my car? obviously you've never touched it, but you feel the need to attack me.

The car is a 15+ year old design, it's past it's prime. Your comparison is assinine.

lol, your sh*tbox sentra is something special that I haven't looked at before?

Whats wrong with a Sentra anyways? I almost bought an SE back in 2001... nice car.

Werd.
My '96 had its clutch replaced at 150k miles and the flexpipe and starter replaced just prior to that.
Not another penny for unscheduled maintenance was put into it.

My older '95 Sentra that I gave to my sister, while not running as smooth, is still going strong.

Not the most exciting cars (when stock), but they are damn reliable.

kudos to the guy.. it takes passion and a ton of research.. i'd do the same too, go the JDM route. and to all you haters out there, you'd think differently if you had this car.

LOL, so much jealousy in this thread. If you had as much money as that guy and people on a message board were criticizing the way you spent it, would you give a fvck? Me neither...
I would spend the money a different way myself, but calling it wasteful is kind of silly, especailly considering all the ways people and governments waste money. It just so happens that this guy can afford to waste a bit more money than us mere mortals. Just spewing "what a waste" is pure jealousy IMO. I could say the exact same thing to all the people that have above a better rig than me, even though mine does exactly what it is supposed to do, fairly well I might add. (SocketA 2500+, 1.5 GB RAM, 9600XT)

So just remeber, it is all relative, money earned is money blown...
