converting a monitor to a tv

I have a spare 17 inch monitor sitting in my room, is there a way to play my through this without using a tv tuner card? i really dont feel like moving my computer.

Yeah, I had that one a couple years ago and it worked well. I think you can get them on ebay pretty reasonably... but when you can get a decent 20" tv with built in speakers for like $100, I don't know if it's the greatest idea unless you're looking to save space.

I'm looking to use my 17inch spare monitor to replace the 13inch tv i have right now. the tv still works great, for being massivly old, but I would like a bigger screen. thanks for the link!
