Howdy,
My church is looking to create some T-Shirts and things. However the logo we have access to isn't very big. The logo off the website is:

I also have a larger version but it's in more of a horizontal layout:

I think the first layout would work better to fill up the front or back of a shirt/sweatshirt but it's obviously way too small.
Anyhow, would it be possible to convert that to some sort of Vector Art file so that it could be resized larger to work?
I found one tutorial online but figured I'd ask here before I spent time trying to make it work.

I have Photoshop on my wife's PC I can use but don't know if it can do it.
If someone can let me know if this can be done (or if it's real easy and you want to do it for me, that'd be AWESOME. I'm always happy to learn new things so a nice tutorial would be great.
