converting a file to html

Is there anyway to convert an Illustrator image or a pdf file into an html file and preserve the layout and design?

I would like to take this image convert it to html and then insert links and rollovers and things like that and then put it on the web.

Im clueless so far. Ive download the new illustrator cs tryout version and the go live tryout version but so far i havent found a way.

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

i tried search for imageready and couldnt find much info. I am d/ld photoshop cs and maybe that will help.

I have access to dreamweaver, fireworks, illustrator, acrobat, and maybe some other things..

im thinking now it might be easier to set up rollovers that when clicked would activate html code.. does that make sense or am i completely going in the wrong direction?

thanks

Whats wrong with SVG? Im not sure about support anymore, but you can do all that with SVG. Or just make it a PNG/JPG and make a link map for it.

I apologize for my stupidity but Im not sure about the last part. I can convert to svg or png but im not sure what to do with it after that. The picture contains areas where when rolled over i want to act as links and some as menu's things like that.

thanks for the help i will keep working

TTT

Im still stuck...

I dont know if I should take the image and try to just make the webpage by creating rollovers or if i am better off trying to take the formatting information and somehow create html and then reinsert the grapphics.

sorry im a programmer not a designer..

thanks
