Converter from Coaxial to Composite

Hey everyone, a friend of mine is looking for a converter from coaxial to composite. Here is the message he sent me:

Ok so i have a coaxial cable for cable tv. I want to plug it into a projector which only has inputs for s-video or composite (red white yellow).

Is there any convertor available to go from coaxial to composite?

I only found convertors that go from composite to coaxial.

Any help? Thanks guys.

You probably don't want to blow up that analog signal on the projector, so a tuner (cable box or digital QAM tuner (probably only local channels via cable)) would probably be best. You probably want to stick to digital with a projector at the minimum.
