Convert wma files to mp3?

To go from MP3 --> WMA, I use MP3 to All Converter. It integrates into the Explorer shell, so when you right click on an mp3, it gives you the option of sending it to the program, where you can then pick what format to convert it to

go into the preferences & then to plug-ins & output. Then select "Disk Writer", hit configure, choose a directory, then just play the songs. Remember to change it back to direct sound or whatever it was when you're done too.
