Convert wma files to mp3?

Is there free software available that can convert wma to mp3 and vice versa?

To go from MP3 --> WMA, I use MP3 to All Converter. It integrates into the Explorer shell, so when you right click on an mp3, it gives you the option of sending it to the program, where you can then pick what format to convert it to

Thanks, now all I need is something to convert from wma to mp3.

wma -> wav (winamp) -> mp3 (plenty of software that does this)?

As far as wma -> mp3, no idea, haven't tried it.

How do I use winamp to convert wma -> wav?

go into the preferences & then to plug-ins & output. Then select "Disk Writer", hit configure, choose a directory, then just play the songs. Remember to change it back to direct sound or whatever it was when you're done too.
