convert - remux MKV to 360 format?

The thing is small enough I could move it between rooms .. .ethernet drop everywhere, haha.

I just want to verify it can handle these huge files/bitrates. I made a post on there, but they said it's not powerful enough...if the 360 can't play it, then teh ATV2 can't. I want to say the guy was a fool.

I gave up trying to use my XBox for anything more than AVI and WMV.
Got an Asus O!Play and it does EVERYTHING. Never going back to using a console as a media streamer again, too much work.
Just get the WDTV or something of that ilk, you'll be laughing. Even better if it has LAN built in, instead of having to copy the movie to a USB key.
