Conversion of pc .exe files to pocket pc .exe files

Just picked up a Toshiba e750 from Staples and only bought this to use at work.
I need to load a .exe file from pc to pocket pc. Have copied all to sd card in pocket pc.
Copied .exe file to pocket pc -- doesn't run. What, where, how do i convert. I'm a
newbeeeeeeeee. Need to put windows compatible pgms for my job on pocket pc.

Um, the Windows Mobile OS is not the same as desktop Windows OSes. You can't just copy a program for a desktop operating system and expect it to run on a Pocket PC. You'll need to run programs that are specifically designed for the Pocket PC.
 
Most PocketPCs aren't Intel compatible so the executables won't run without some sort of emulator, if one even exists.
 
very unlikely, pocketPC's use a different OS (winCE core) and different processors (with a notable absence of a floating point unit) so running PC executables on pocketPC cannot be done unless the .exe has been written to be used on both platforms.
