Hello, I need a software solution that will work for a Limited account on XP Home. I need to control what is being installed on the PC. Like a Cybersitter. It is to help mentally challenged patients from viewing or installing unsavory software or urls.

Its a bit difficult because most software has a bit of a limitation when you log in as a Limited user, rather than having Admin rights.

Wasn't sure where to post this.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
