Anyone get these? I'm 35, and have had them since I was 19. Back then they did tests on me including a 24 hour test and ruled it as benign. I guess after 16 years they were correct, but they have never fully gone away. They come and go, and I'm struggling to see what is causing them.

Has anyone come across a good way to get rid of these damn things? Things I've tried (and observed)

- Eating foods high in magnesium and/or potassium helps sometimes (not always)

- Exercise sometimes stop them (not always)

- THey don't appear to have any impact on my health (even with them, I can run just as well when I don't)

- Sometimes seem related to gas (but not always)

Very annoying and at a loss. Not having a good day with them.

I either get PVCs or PACs, forgot which, and I just deal with them. I got my very first just as my 1st born was delivered and they got worse over the next 6 months since I had a very high-stress job, got a lot less sleep, and drank too much coffee. I saw a heart doc and he said that he has been seeing a lot of bankers in the office for the same exact things.

Young, healthy, finance guys going through the financial crisis.

Usually what happens is that my heart skips a beat, fills up full of blood, then pushes it out in a big thump. Sometimes I would get flush when it would happen. I used to get them 30-40 in a row. I cut back on my coffee, worked out more, and got a lower stress job. Now I get one once a week, if that, even though I have 3 kids now.

I started having them last year. I had every test you can imagine, some of them twice. Doctor finally said it was stress and told me to relax more, don't work outside of work hours, get regular consistent exercise, drink more water.

Well let's see how you want to get heart palpitations:

Drink lots of energy drinks and on those days you drink lots of energy drinks also drink lots of caffeinated drink like coffee and cola. Next to help smooth it all out now make your blood thin and take 3 or more aspirin a day. Now you will feel like you should be sent to the ER.

Also some things are bad for your palpitations. Quite a few green foods out there I think are bad for this.

So if you are a big fan of eating green leafy food items then google it!
