Controlling 3 fans-1 cpu, 1 case, 1 psu?

Like the title says, want to control these three fans and I can't decide on a baybus or rheobus. Also, I only have an open 3 1/2" slot, so the 5 1/4" ones are out of the question. One of these fans is a 120mm, and one is for an intel retail hsf. Any ideas? I have an asus p4b266 and it can't seem to control the fan speeds with any windows software I've tried, which is really sad.
