Does this thing really work? I been doing a lot of cardio, pull-ups, and abs workout in the gym recently and I am seeing result but if there is a shortcut why not try it.

Anyone have this and does it relaly work?

I guess adding this to your workout might help, but for people who just don't workout and use this might be disappointed.

I don't like this idea. How retarded it is to have a device pulsing electricity in your muscles to buff them up?
Talk about muscle imbalances. The muscle might be stronger than the tissue that attaches it to bone. Plus, I doubt these shocks emulate natural movements closely.

I don't have a doubt that it works in terms of making your muscles more bulky. I just hate the idea.

What? Jesus Christ, NO! The one and ONLY thing that will get you visible abs is nutrition. Situps and weighted ab exercises will give you stronger and bigger abs, but if there's fat on top of them, NOBODY CAN SEE THEM. Doing situps doesn't reduce the fat on your belly. You CANNOT SPOT REDUCE. This thing pisses me off in a thousand ways. If you have fat on your belly, you need to go through a cutting phase. This means you need to be in a caloric deficit so that you burn the fat. Read the fat loss thread sticky. That applies for cutting too and is exactly how you would "get abs."

But, but, they say you can get abs without exercising! You can just sit there, watch television, and get a workout! omg omg omg I must have!
/sarcasm. Do some ab exercises. Diet. You'll be fine.

And LOL at the guy with lunch on small table, chillin on the sofa (jacket conviniently unbuttoned) watching the TV.

Socially - the purpose if the device is not only showing abs, but also just reducing fat...lol maybe somebody needs to put YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE! in their sig? Bolded and in caps.

There are no shortcuts. Period. If someone says he has found one, he's a liar and a shyster.

(except for plastic surgery, but that's gay)
