continuous beep when playing games

hey everyone, i'm looking for advice. every time that i try to play deus ex: human revolution or borderlands, right when the cinematics finish my comp starts giving me a continous beep. i've never had that issue before with my other build. any little piece of advice helps

Disable "PC Beep" in mixer control.
