continued Stop Errors

I continue to get stop errors on my new setup and not sure which component is at fault.
Gigabyte GA-EP35C-DS3R F2 (2.1) w/ E6750 running at stock speed. Crucial Ballistix 1066 1gig x 2

I've reset, reflashed, turned off any default that could create problems and I continue to get 0A and 24 stop errors.

This is the second Gigabyte board for me. The memory won't run dual channel in slots 0 & 2 but I understand this is by default. Runs in 1 & 3

Memtest86+ runs for 8hrs continous without an error.

Temps never go above 35c when running Prime95 (Orthos) on both processors. But out of the blue, the system will crash. I've turned off the auto restart so I can see the stop errors. So far, I've seen 0A, 24 and 21. 0A seems to be the most predominant.

Running an EVGA GeForce 7600GT video card. Latest drivers for everything.

Problem occurs even if I throttle back all mem and processor settings. I've added voltage to chipset, processor and memory but to no avail.

Any ideas on which piece is the most likely culprit.

I switched from Asus to Gigabyte, thinking I was moving up. Wonder if this was a wise decision.

I replaced the power supply with another, larger Antec 500w unit. Ran checks on HD but no errors reported

Could an intermittent hard drive controller cause crashes? With 2 Gig of memory, I couldn't imagine Prime95 accessing the Harddrive.
