Context menu platinum issue

I have a dell 1525 touchscreen bought Dec last year.
It came with W8 and was upgraded to 8.1.

why do i get "context menu platinum unregistered version" with new laptop windows 8.1.

It wants me to register it hich does not make sense.

Please can anyone assist me here please?

If you don't want that program, and/or don't want to pay to register it, just uninstall it.

A quick Google search says that it is usually installed along with FILEMinimizer or EmailOpenView.
 
I don't want it, can't locate it and I don't have FILEminimizer on my LT.

I've already searched to resolve my issue and hence why I've come to this forum.

Any ideas?
