Anyone have any ideas of how to get rid of this on W98 for IE5.5 ? The settings will not stay in place. Please advise . Thank you

run regedit

[*]hkey local machine
[*]software
[*]microsoft
[*]windows
[*]current version
[*]policies
[*] highlight ratings
[*]on the right side of the screen delete the LONG key with various #'s and letters
[*]reboot PC
[*]go to the control panel
[*]internet options
[*]content tab
[*]it should now say ENABLE

you will need to delete or rename the file called &quot;ratings.pol&quot; (I think thats correct) in the windows/system directory.... if you can't find the file you need to turn on &quot;show all files&quot; in the folder options for explorer. the support site at microsoft has information on it..

or you can do the registry dance as above I guess.. although I've never tried that, just did what MS site told me to do..
