Content Advisor password

I have a client who forgot the password she put into content advisor in control panel - internet settings - security - ...... now every time she goes into a favorite site of hers it locks her out asking for the password. I have scanned Microsofts website but haven't come up with a fix yet and I am leary of calling their 800- support...wait an hour line, anyone know of a method of disabling this annoyance....short of deleting it from the registry.
