Contacts in iPhone from Outlook thru iTunes missing assistant phone number

Due to a work change I'm no longer going to be syncing an iPhone through my work exchange server. I now will be syncing it to my home Outlook. I brought all my work contacts home and imported them into Outlook. I then used iTunes to sync the contacts into the iPhone. Everything seemed to go fine except that none of the phone numbers I had under the ASSISTANT spot in outlook came through. EVERYTHING else seemed to come in fine. I've opened and closed Outlook and iTunes and resynced to no avail. Any ideas?
