Contact app for Android 5?

Does anyone have a suggestion for a contact app for Android 5, that supports groups?

I am just looking for a simple app, like the previous app that Google completely screwed up with the new Android OS. So, instead of downloading and testing a half dozen apps, can anyone suggest an app that had the same functionality in 4.x before Google f'ed it up? Sorting by groups is a necessity, as I frequently get numbers from different groups. The current process of 7 taps to change the group filter is unacceptable, then another 7 taps to change to another group.
