Alot of people toss that around, but what is a drug related crime? No prison if a crackhead stabs someone for some money to buy crack? Is that not drug related?

I'm assuming you mean for people caught with drugs. Since most people don't do much time (if any) for weed, that leaves shit like heroin/crack/etc.....and I can guarantee you that the idiots who do that shit are not doing a single legal thing to get money for it.
