Constant Freezing on WinME with duron

Hi I have a 600mhz duron Oced to 896 on an Abit kt7 with a voodoo banshee, and its at 36C Idle, and 43C Full load. Well my problem is that when I use my comp or idle it for more than like 6 hours, I get these constant slow downs, almost like freezes, for about 10-20 seconds whenever I do something like open IE or click on anything. Anyone else have a problem like this? Or know what could be the cause?

Go into the bios and turn everything off on power management..
Let the machine running overnight and see if the machine has slow down problems.
I've seen machine that will not completely recover from sleep mode..

At least this will narrow down the troubleshooting..
